尾骨 Coccyx

由 3-5塊椎骨融合組成，呈三角形，寬闊的上端叫基部base，狹窄的下端叫尖端apex。特徵如下：

1. 橫突transverse process：一般第一尾椎的橫突特別清楚。

2. 尾骨角coccygeal cornua：尾骨上方兩側的小角狀突起，其實就是第一尾椎的上關節突superior articular process。會與薦骨下端的薦骨角sacral cornua經由posterior sacrococcygeal ligament相連接。
